for that horseshoe show – June 2008 – it was a Shearwater headlining tour EXCEPT the Canadian shows, where Frog Eyes closed things out.

Shearwater was indeed epic and grand Frank. If memory serves me correct they did headline at the Horseshoe during the Rooks tour and they left a helluva impression on me then. I remember Johnathan started the set acapella and the Shoe was suddenly silent,at least for a minute until the hipsters in the back started back with the gibberish

I *think* there are usually advance tickets available for the Horseshoe shows, and those are really the only way to be guaranteed entrance, so yeah – if that’s all you want to do you should be good. Imagine tickets will go on sale after the initial lineup is officially announced which, last year, wasn’t till second week of May. But some names should start getting rolled out this week, maybe?

MOAM? are one of those bands I NEVER thought I’d get to see… shame it’ll be so JAMMED with people at the Horseshoe…

Any idea when in April they start selling single tickets – or do I have to go a wristband route for this? (Never done the NXNE thing…)
