Wow – spring concert season is shaping up nicely.

Any word about on sale dates for The xx @ The Phoenix? Shockingly, rootmeansquare.ca is offline (and no update on SS or RT ‘s sites yet) – Will be much more bearable than The Kool Haus (plus they are headlining…)

Bonus points if you know when Shearwater is on sale, although that is much (much) less likely to sell out (although it deserves to…)

The Island lineup sounds amazing. A worthy replacement for the Virgin Festival that once was, and more like going back to the pre-Virgin days of the BSS love-ins.

I can’t think of anything that would make the Docks/Sound Academy more tolerable, short of the removal of those godforsaken “security” barriers down the middle of the hall. They seemed to be responsible for most of the traffic problems. Otherwise, that room + a crowd = misery. Anyone know if they’ve stopped with the barriers?

That Spider-Man news is ridiculous. This sounds like a job for Joel Schumacher.
