(and remembering the Peter Bjorn & John incident.) You have to wonder, when that happens, are the band all set up and waiting to go on, only to be told, no thanks! And further, couldn't they just play for the studio audience anyway and then edit out some of the crap that happens in the first half of a late night show ? The mind boggles...
