Thanks for pointing out the return of Liz Powell and Land of Talk.
I caught their last show at The Horseshoe just before the surgery, and have had my fingers crossed for Liz's successful recovery ever since.

Looking forward to catching the band at a festival or two this summer.

Listening to Whoa Billy over and etc. is probably as far away from torture as one can get. An album would be nice though!

Awesome, I wondered what was going on with Reverie Sound Revue, I've had a few of their songs on my ipod for a while but didn't know much about the band... apart from that the singer was the 'other' lady singer in BSS.

What kind of joke is Fever Ray at the Kool Haus? Do the promoters seriously think she can sell it out? Come on. I guess I will be the foolish one if and when it happens which I am fine with.

Reverie Sound Revue.

That takes me back. Saw them open for The Carnations back in '03 and Sekiden (remember them?) back in '04.

Nice to know an album will be released and all this band shenanigans was not in vein.
