I think you nailed the Tindersticks dead on...effortless elegance and class. This was my first time seeing them and aside from not playing City Sickness or Raindrops, they didn't disappoint. I'm a long time Tindersticks's fan and i´ve seen them twice here in Portugal (they seem to come here often...). The first time was back in 1995 in Lisbon and the second just last February here in Oporto. They are the kind of band that just sounds better live, achieving a higher level of emotion in their music!
