He really has the Joe Strummer thing going on, even without the sunglasses. By the way, I picked up the CD at Waterloo records while in Austin, and it came with a bonus EP. After having listened to both, I'm a little more impressed. The songs aren't all the same. I think these guys could be around for a while. Bravo. Funniest thing, though. After your crack about the clumsy lyrics, it was fun to see a big sticker on the front of the CD proclaiming that it contained "Shiver-inducing guitars and some of the most heartbreakingly sincere lyrics imaginable."
