Much like the earlier E.P., it most resembles Franklin's Toshack output, with a subtle but distinctive songwriting contribution from Sam Fogarino. Maybe not a grabber on first listen, but there's some really good stuff on there, especially towards the end. And how awesome are Glasvegas? As if the Proclaimers were looking to acquire more edge, and got lessons from the Raveonettes. (Overseen by David Lynch.) I picked up Magnetic Morning’s A.M. at their Horseshoe show.
