we walk here, but I usually ride my bike. And the distances between things worth getting to aren’t as great as NYC. I’m just being complain-y about my aching feet.

Your trip to NYC sounds very similar to my own trip this weekend. Especially the naps in between walking around. Glad to hear you had a great time. I did too. :)

oh, sure – not like it’s a secret of mine. It’s the Jane Hotel – http://www.janenyc.com – and while it’s not suitable for everyone (rooms are like train cabins, shared washrooms) it was cheap at $99 a night and in the West Village, not even 10 minutes fro the 14th and 8th subway station.
